Daria the Trainer

As far as I know, for this particular piece, Daria (on left) is acting as a personal trainer to the heavily pregnant corgi-girl in the middle, while Izumi (the corgi's ninja bodyguard on the right) rolls her eyes over what's going on at the moment; namely on how Daria is trying to "convince" the corgi to put down the candy bar and actually get started on her exercise regimen.

...though with such a massive belly in the way, it makes me wonder how that corgi is going to be able to do anything, let alone exercise.  X3
